Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garments remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
